Foster Carers Address given at the launch of the IWGB Foster Care Workers Union 19/09/2016

In September 2016, the IWGB launched the Foster Care Workers Union at Westminster. In the week before the launch it became clear that there was no foster carer who would be able to speak at the event. This seemed wrong when the new Union was advertised as providing a vehicle for the voice of carers in the UK. With this in mind I volunteered to speak.
